Micronix Pty Ltd is an Australian company focusing on the development and commercialisation of catheter placement systems.

TSL was engaged in 2003 to raise capital to fund Micronix’s commercialisation activity.

TSL's Role:

• Advised on commercial strategy 
• Conducted two capital raisings for a total of $4.5 million 
• Assisted with the structuring of the Company’s Board and the appointment of a suitably qualified CEO 
• Assisted with commercial negotiations for the licensing of the Company’s lead product 
• Assisted with Government grant applications
