• Conducted a public capital raising of $2.8 million in late 1998
• Conducted a private placement of $4.19 million in July 2000
• Provided corporate advisory services, including assistance with prospectus preparation and related offer documentation, planning and coordination of road-show presentations to brokers and investors, and advice on issue price and timing
