Healthfarm Fine Foods Pty Ltd (formerly Nutrihealth Pty Ltd)

Healthfarm Fine Foods is an Australian start-up company that was established in 1997 as Nutrihealth to capture value from the development, management and commercialisation of intellectual property for technology-based agricultural initiatives.

TSL was employed by Nutrihealth in 2000 to restructure its business and assist with raising capital for development.

During its corporate advisory relationship with Nutrihealth, TSL:

• Advised on corporate restructuring, commercialisation and business planning
• Negotiated and implemented the acquisition of a food manufacturing facility
• Recruited a CEO
• Provided accounting and company secretarial services
• Assisted with the preparation of offer documentation and two capital raisings
• Negotiated the sale of the major operating division of the company to Nufarm Limited
